MONROE CENTER FOR THE ARTS offers parking starting at $150 per month for in-state and out-of-state drivers. We also have parking available for small trucks and buses. The Monroe Center parking lot is located at 7th and Jackson Streets, directly behind Monroe Center for the Arts (720 Monroe Street) and adjacent to the 9th and Congress Street Light Rail Station. The lot is located outdoors, paved, gated, locked and lighted. Each individual is assigned a numbered space with 24-hour access to the lot. The parking rate is $150 per month. In addition, a fully refundable security deposit in the amount of $150 is due upon vehicle registration. Monroe Center offers month-to-month parking and requests 14-day notice prior to parking cancellation. Out-of-state licenses are welcomed.
